Preparing future leaders is a priority at Grace Community Church! The purpose of this new eight-week course – taught by our pastors and elders – is to educate and equip men and women who aspire to lead in any capacity or within any ministry department at Grace.
A notebook with reading assignments will be provided to each participant. Topics include:
Identifying Leadership Qualities
Developing Spiritual Disciplines
Defending our Faith
Living Spirit-Filled Lives
Shepherding the Church
Becoming Disciple Makers
Defining the Leadership Challenge
Clarifying Church Vision
Note: Successful completion of this course is also a qualifying preparation for prospective members of the Elder Council.
